Weave Effect
This time we'll learn how to add Weave Effect on a picture.
First of all open up an image/picture that you'd like to use for this tutorial. I'll use this image as mine.
Steps:
Go to Effects > Texture Effects > Weave. Then, put these settings:
Gap size : 1
Width : 10
Opacity : 35
Weave Color : White
Uncheck Fill Gaps box.
Now your image should look like this one :
