First of all open up your Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Jasc Animation Shop.
1).  Open [File > Open] a clear glitter file in your Animation Shop.  Save this if you don't already have one.  
2). As soon as it's open, you'll see 2 glitter tiles. Click on the first glitter tile and press Ctrl+C.  Now go to Paint Shop Pro and press Ctrl+V.  You should see the glitter tile that you've copied is now in Paint Shop Pro.
3). Repeat the step 2 but selet the second glitter tile this time.
4). Now, create new image [File > New].  Choose whatever size you want to use, it should be Raster Background and choose White background color.  Then press Ok.
5). Repeat step 4 again but choose Gray background color instead of White.
6). You should have total of 4 images [2 glitter tiles, 1 white background image, 1 gray background image] in your Paint Shop Pro by now.
7). Now seclet your grey background image and go to Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise. And make the changes like these : Gaussian 40% check Monochrome box. 
8). Go to your white image and type in whatever text you'd like.  I'll type Hi onto mine. Don't forget to set your type setting as Floating.
9). After you've typed, go to Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy > Glass. Then apply these settings to yours. Then click OK.

10). After that, go to Seletion > Modify > Expand .  Choose 2 pixel size and click OK.
11). Copy the text by pressing Ctrl+C.  Go to grey color image and press Ctrl+E.  You'll see the text has been pasted on it.
12). Now repeat step 10 but choose 3 pixel size instead.
13). Press Ctrl+C and press Ctrl+V twice.  You'll see 2 text images have pasted in your Paint Shop Pro.
14). Click on one text image you've pasted just now and press Ctrl+A > press Ctrl+Shift+I > press E. [Do it in order as I've written.] Then click the Dropper Tool beside the text Not On the text.
15). Go to Materials [color boxes] in your Paint Shop Pro and click twice on the upper color box [Foreground + Stroke Properties]. You'll see a box coming up.  Click on Pattern tab.  Change the Current Pattern to first glitter tile that you've patsted in your Paint Shop Pro earlier.  Now, Press F and fill the glitter on your text by clicking several times.
16). Repeat step 14 and step15 but choose second text image and second glitter tile this time.  
17). Selet first text image, press Ctrl+C , go to your Animation Shop and press Ctrl+V.
18). Selet second text image, press Ctrl+C, go to your Animation Shop and press Shift+Ctrl+L.  You'll see 2 text images lined up.   Now go to View and click on Animation in your Animation Shop.  You'll see an animated glitter text like this one below.
